How to login to your account
From any Qizzle webpage, you can login by clicking on the sign in button located on the top right side of the screen.
How to update your password
Once logged in, click the 'My Account' button, enter your new password in the 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields, then enter your original password in the 'Current password' field, click 'Update Details'
How to reset your password
- To reset your password, click ‘sign in’ scroll down to where you enter your email and password, and press ‘Forgot password’
- A new screen will open, enter your email address into the text box and press ‘Reset Password’
- You will then be taken back to the login page and a green text box will display saying a link to reset your password has been emailed to you.
- An email from Qizzle will be in your inbox titled ‘Password change request for Qizzle’
- Open the email and click the highlighted text. This will take you to a screen for setting your new password.
- Enter your new password twice and press ‘continue’
- You will be taken to the login screen where you can log in with your email address and the new password that you set.
Not all logins are the same
Logins created directly on the website do not have access to special pricing, cannot earn reward points, do not have access to the charge to account button.
If you are ordering on behalf of a school or ECE, to access these features, contact Qizzle customer service and they will create a login for you that has access to these features.
